Ruffian looked all around her. Her in heat scent was wearing off. She need to find a mate soon before she couldn't. While she wanted pups, she wanted to have a mate that will stay with her forever. She walked to the Mating Lands and looked around for a male. While Ruffian couldn't see one, she howled a high pitched howl that she was looking for a mate to have pups with also. She breathe silently as she waited for her new mate.

Kiswahili heard the howl. He jerked his head to where it was coming from. He, too was looking for a mate and thought of this as an opportunity!
